Shipping Policies

Shipping takes place exclusively in Switzerland. You can choose between standard (B-Post, 3-5 working days) and A-Post (1-2 working days). 

For orders of CHF 100 or more, shipping is free.

Return Policy

My favorite thing is when you are happy with your unique piece. However, if there are any problems, please contact me and we will try to find a solution. If you still want to return the piece of jewelry, please proceed as follows:

 

The return policy is simple and straightforward. If you don't like the piece of jewelry or it doesn't fit, you can return within 14 days. Please contact me via email in advance to arrange the return. The costs for the return are yours. The full purchase price will be refunded to you within 10 business days of receipt of the return.
